Well flirting is always a good thing, just do it in small doses though otherwise he might get a little freaked out. You could always just become his friend and be like, “look I think youre cute, lets hangout sometime.” If he isn’t interested, sure you will be upset, but rather that than you wasting a huge amount of your time wishing you were with someone who didn’t feel the same way. Just be yourself and let him know you are interested. That is all you can do.
